Smoke Alarm Installation

Queensland-compliant interconnected photoelectric smoke alarms — supplied, installed and certified by a licensed electrician.

Is your home compliant with Queensland's smoke alarm laws?

Since January 2022, Queensland homes being sold or leased — and all new homes — must have interconnected photoelectric smoke alarms in every bedroom, in hallways connecting bedrooms, and on every level. By 2027 the law applies to every home in the state.

If you're selling, leasing or renovating, you need to be compliant. We'll assess your home, install the right alarms in the right places, and certify the lot.
