Switchboard Upgrades
Many Gold Coast and Logan homes have circuit breakers but no safety switch protection — leaving the people inside exposed to electric shock. We upgrade your switchboard with modern RCDs to keep your family safe and your home compliant.
Does your switchboard have safety switches?
Plenty of homes across the Gold Coast and Logan already have circuit breakers — but circuit breakers and safety switches aren't the same thing.
A circuit breaker protects your wiring from overload. A safety switch (RCD) protects you and your family from electric shock, cutting the power in milliseconds if something goes wrong. If your board doesn't have safety switches on every circuit — or only covers some of them — it isn't giving you the protection a modern home needs, and it may not meet current Queensland requirements.
